Drawing from the world of performing arts and storytelling (voice, body language, timing, delivery, and narrative work) Molly focuses on how you show up in the room - your physical presence, vocal strength, clarity of thought, and ability to connect with any audience - as well as the story: why it matters and why you are the one sharing it. She know how to figure out what makes you interesting, exciting, and compelling and believes everyone should be themselves, not imitate someone else.
She blends her unique background as both a television writer with a masterful understanding of narrative structure and as a performer with a deep bench of experience to help clients perfect their delivery - whether it's a pitch to a VC, a TED Talk to 1,800 people, or a closing argument to a jury in a courtroom.
She has helped startup founders close a $50 million round after honing their pitch, helped litigators deliver a compelling closing statement that won their case, and guided executives through communicating challenging news to an entire company. It's all in the framework, story, and delivery.
As a performer, Molly has appeared on stage and screen with some of the country’s most notable theatre companies and networks like The Geffen, Ars Nova, The Williamstown Theatre Festival, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The O’Neill, TheatreWorks CA, CBS, TBS, and more. She trained in improv at The Upright Citizens Brigade in New York, studied Shakespeare in London, and has written for Fox, Prime Video, NBC, and Warner Brothers.
