About Molly
Molly leverages 20+ years of experience in television, acting, and education to master voice, body language, and storytelling — the hidden tools of influential leadership.
In today’s high-stakes business environment, executive presence isn’t just about what you say: it’s how you say it. With over 20 years of experience as a television writer, actor, and educator, I offer a unique approach to leadership communication that helps professionals become more confident, compelling, and credible in every interaction.
Drawing from the world of performing arts and storytelling (voice, body language, timing, delivery, and narrative work) I focus on how you show up in the room - your physical presence, vocal strength, clarity of thought, and ability to connect with any audience - as well as the story: why it matters and why you are the one sharing it. I know how to figure out what makes you interesting, exciting, and compelling.
As an actor, I have worked onstage and on camera with such notable companies as Ars Nova, The Civilians, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The O’Neill, TheatreWorks CA, CBS, TBS and more. I trained in improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NYC, studied Shakespeare in London, and I’ve written for Fox, Prime and NBC. I’ve taught a group of 80 park rangers in uniform (they wear big hats!) and I’ve coached tech employees navigating complex work environments. With 20 years of teaching under my belt, I know how to break down any concept and translate it so it’s immediately accessible to anyone.
I’ve worked with executives, teams, and individuals across industries to refine how they present, pitch, and lead — not by memorizing scripts, but by learning to trust their instincts, project authority, and communicate with authenticity and impact. I tailor all of my coaching to each person; nothing I do is cookiecutter. This practical, human-centered, empowering work is designed to help you be heard, understood, and remembered. No scripts. Just the best version of you.
